DELIVERY DETAILS
If you require your order delivered sooner or on a specific day please contact us on 0208 616 9360 / 07795296777 or e-mail us at holly@inthegardenuk.com to see if we can accommodate your request.
Local delivery on indoor and outdoor plants:
Order value from £30 plus delivery charge on all individual indoor and outdoor plants orders.
Container Gardens:
£10 delivery charge on plants & container gardens. Limited to certain delivery areas.
When will deliveries be made:
Individual plants: We will try our best to accommodate your required delivery day as long as we have the plants in stock. If a product is not in stock, please allow up to a week for us to order them in.
Therefore, please allow 3 – 7 working days for delivery. This enables orders to be processed and delivered.
Gifts: As soon as your order is made, it will be dispatched and there will be a 24 hour turnaround from there on in. Please be assured no orders are sitting around deteriorating.
Same day delivery will be made where possible unless stated otherwise.
DELIVERY AREAS: LOCAL
London: NW London, Hertfordshire and inside the M25. Anything in the congestion zones incurs additional charges.

Who makes the deliveries?
ALL ORDER ARE DELIVERED BY In the Garden drivers.
If you are not going to be in please leave instructions at the checkout. Alternatively our drivers will leave plants in a safe place on delivery.
We cannot accept responsibility for lost orders once delivered to your safe place.
IMPORTANT NOTE: PLANTS ARE LIVING THINGS – UNPACK YOUR GIFT ASAP!

Available from our stall on Golborne Road, London W10 5PS every Friday and Saturday and our shop at 92 Mill Lane, NW6 1NL
