Our Mother’s Heart design is planted in a vintage galvanised container.  It’s a medium sized outdoor planter and packed with bold seasonal plants – a combination of height, colour and scent. This design includes spring flowering bulbs and seasonal bedding.

Once the display has finished for the season, let all the bulbs die back naturally to get the nutrients back into the bulb and all plants can be planted in the ground later in the year for a repeat display the next year. Why not keep the ivy heart in and underplant with a summer mix in May. We aim to plant as closely to the image displayed as possible but due to availability we may use a similar substitute.
