Delivery & Collection

Local Deliveries

We offer local deliveries on all orders over £30 to the following North West and West London postcodes NW2, NW3, NW4, NW5, NW6, NW7, NW8, W4, W9, W10, W11. We also deliver to Hertfordshire and around the M25 so please contact us if you are unsure if your address fits in our delivery zone. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Delivery charge will be added at the check out. 

 

Nationwide Shipping

Nationwide shipping is something we hope to offer in 2025.

 

Click & Collect

All our products are available for Click and Collect from our West Hampstead store store at 92 Mill Lane, London, NW6 1NL. We will notify you once your order is ready to collect from our store, this will be as soon as possible. If you would rather collect your purchase from our Golborne Road Market please contact us before placing your order and we will see if this can be facilitated. Live plants will need to be collected within 48 hours of placing an order, unless agreed otherwise.

 

Returns & Refunds 

We take great care in the making and delivery of our products but if you do receive a plant that isn’t to the standard you were expecting please email us with 24 hours – holly@inthegardenuk.com. Please also include a photo of the plant so we can see any potential issue. 

If you are unable to return the goods to our store, we will provide address details for you to send them back to us by post/courier. Shipping fees for returns must be paid for by the customer. Plants must be received in the same condition as they were received. 

As with all living things, there is some natural variation in both size and shape and inevitably the plant you receive will look different in some way to the online images. We are unable to offer refunds on plants that do not match a room interior or are not liked. Please get in touch before placing an order if you want to discuss whether you are choosing the correct plant for your home.

Due to the perishable nature of the goods we cannot issue refunds on plants returned to us due to multiple missed deliveries or non collection from shop.

 

Cancellation policy

If you have placed an order and made a mistake and would like to cancel, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order and we will provide a full refund.

In the event that an order has already been dispatched (and you have received notification), please follow the returns policy.
